If you do not post an introduction within approximately 48 hours of registration, your account will be deleted. You fail. Try again.

A common misconception is that this board was formed to bash members of another message board. Lissa Burris likes to tell people that is the reason our forum is locked and you have to jump through a few hoops to get in. This couldnt be further from the truth. Some of the original Zone members had internet "stalkers" who liked to follow them around and harass them. By making this forum, the original 13 members were allowed to talk about their own lives, without having to worry about who was trying to find out when they crapped and the consistency of that particular bowel movement.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the original poster, if this doesn't satisfy your objections, you can always use the report button, and one of the admin might check it out.
Posts are not deleted on this site, so if you say it, we believe you mean it. We don't believe in back paddling, or people who bitch then delete their posts because others don't pat them on the back and say its okay, eat a pound of fudge it will make you feel better. Really, it will just add to your expanding rear end.
We do, however have a really cook auto purge feature that automatically purges old threads and places them in purgatory. These threads can be brought out simply by posting in them. There is a required post count to see the purgatory forum.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate any law. The MODS & ADMIN reserve the right to give anyone the boot for any reason. If someone doesn't like the way your panties are in a wad, it could be goodbye time. For the most part, we are fair. We confer and usually will just throw you in jail, or under the troll bridge.
The more accurate info you list on your profile, the more likely you are to see ALL the forums. Yes, secret forums DO exist! Imagine that.
Intros are mandatory. 48 hrs is your limit... If you are unable to post an intro in the given time frame, we encourage you to re-register when you do have time to come join us.
THIS IS NOT a military support forum. NOT NOT NOT... yes there are military related members... but its NOT a military forum and its not a "SUPPORT" forum like you have ever been to, unless you are a member of Real Marine Wives. They are about as real as it comes. No bullshit, and tell it like it is.
Support is real here; if your dress makes you look fat, someone here will be honest and TELL YOU SO, instead of lying to you in a forum and sending out MASS PM's telling everyone you look like the son of a motherless goat!
Is there GOSSIP? Yep we gossip. We talk about posts from other places, people we know, and of course people we don't want to know. We talk about a lot of other things too that have nothing to do with gossip. Remember you get what you give.
The Zone is not for everyone. We understand that, we hope you do too. If you wonder if its for you ask yourself the following:

If you answered no to the above questions, then in all honesty, you probably WON'T fit in at the Zone. We are a fun loving group, who loves to play with the word filters. If you say something that strikes the funny bone, you will probably get a filter. Its all in fun, its not offensive, and they usually only last until the next funny/stupid thing you say or do

Do you think we are a bunch of ogres, and you are here for drama?
Are you a hypocrite?
Do you say one thing, but thing another?
If you answered YES to any of the above 4 questions, then again, you don't belong here, and will never fit in. Its about honesty. Not mean spiteful remarks, just straight up if you are wallowing in pity and seeking attention, we will tell you so.

As a new member you will go through 4 sections of Q&A before you have access to the forum. The more you post, the more you will have access to. It's supposed to be fun and make you laugh, people.
